The Epic Drog #3 (Eff Pan Remix)
The Epic Drog (a project by Kristian Glynn and Rod Black) randomly selected one of their 40 noise tracks for me to remix, so I ended making this little stoner witch-hop tune for them.

Slugface Test Subject 01
This is Sam, the first of the three slug head sculptures that I will be using for the "After Six" group exhibition in March. I'm still trying to source for more realistic acrylic eyeballs... although these very blue alien ones are starting growing on me.

Updates: Hadouken Elvis!!!
After my last post in November, I've prepared myself for turning 30 by revisiting Xmen: The Animated Series and X-Files with my cat Elvis over the holiday season. It was awesome having conversations with Elvis about Magneto being rad or just how much of a hottie Agent Scully is. These discussions eventually led into deep conversations about love, life and what we both should do with them.
Elvis has decided to overcome his fear of the camera and wants me to help him shoot his own reality show about his sleepy adventures.
As for myself, I plan to slowly and steadily wake up from my TV indulgence / creative hibernation, starting with making new illustrative as well as sculptural art for a group exhibition in March. I think it will be about slugs... so so so many slugs.
In regards to love, we will both continue to push through season 2 and eventually complete all nine seasons of X Files to spend more time with Special Agent Dana Scully.

Time Trail Photos
The Cheating Sons gave me three large screens to project visuals for their Time Trails performance at the Esplanade in March, 2012.
Here are some photos of the event by Andrew Tan that I found on their facebook page.

Happy Day Death Ray.
Happy Day Death Ray is a new electronic / hip hop project that I've started with Steve Burton. The two of us decided that we should write rhymes inspired by cool movies and rad action heroes, so we did. A week and a half later, we wrote four songs and made a video. Here's the final video teaser (which was written, recorded, filmed and edited in a day) for our facebook launch. Check us out for updates!
The track featured in the video can be downloaded for free on our bandcamp.

Slutmonster And Friends.
So one morning, Jessie asks me to help her with her Slutmonster poster in return for doing a thing that I like which involves several different types of chilli peppers, an overweight Shetland pony and a g-string... plus, she will play the Australian national anthem while crying the whole time. I did the poster.
Check out the preview of Slutmonster and Friends!
